You are a member of the Swedish Marketing Leadership Team, you’ll lead a core team of seven direct reports and manage a wider group of external collaborators.

LEAD THE TEAM

Manage, develop, and inspire your direct team and external partners to deliver cutting-edge content and communication strategies aligned with Red Bull’s global and local objectives.


STRATEGIC PLANNING

Play a key role in the Swedish Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to annual business planning and leading the communication strategy for the market.


COMMUNICATION, STRATEGY & MEDIA RELATIONS

Drive communication strategies to ensure consistent, impactful storytelling across all channels. Build and maintain strong partnerships with media outlets to amplify Red Bull’s reach. Ultimately, making sure we get the most out of every event, product launch and athlete projects that we do.


CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA

Lead the creation and distribution of ‘beyond the ordinary’ content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and redbull.com. Identifies great story opportunities and puts audience plans into action together with Sports, Culture and Brand Marketing.


DATA DRIVEN INSIGHTS

Leverage insights and data to constantly evolve your media strategy, adapting to changes in consumer behavior and media consumption habits.

Kvalifikationer

A senior communication professional with 10+ years of experience in communications and media.

Bachelor and/or Master degree in business, communications, media or related field

Proven track record of leading teams to become their best.

Strong understanding of earned communication and what has potential to give big reach.

Knows how to set an authentic and credible content strategy in the sports, culture, and gaming space.

Ability to think strategically, with a strong focus on innovation and audience engagement.

Understanding the Swedish media landscape (all channels: broadcast, print, web & new media), ideally already maintaining a strong network.

A Strong content & story developer with production knowledge (photography, text, moving images)

Fluent in Swedish and English
