As Communications Manager your job is to get others talking about Red Bull. This by developing and leading strategic communication through storytelling, earned media, and content creation for all Red Bull's sponsored athletes, events (owned and 3rd party) within sports, gaming, and culture, as well as other initiatives and beverage product innovations.


You will work in a team making content for all different media channels and function as project lead developing comprehensive communications plans to activate Paid, Earned, Managed & Owned media.

DRIVING WORD OF MOUTH

You will identify story opportunities and relatable hooks with substance that you know will get the world talking, to then facilitate the translation into content that gets shared around the world.

Also, you will be the eyes and ears outside our walls to evaluate emerging trends and identify potential opportunities for Red Bull to target consumer groups more effectively, as well as identify and constantly reflect on the most important media that matter to help drive impactful word-of-mouth.


CREATIVE BIG EARNED REACH

You are creative and smart in how and where we find reach, while you build, maintain and leverage your strong personal network with key national medias and foster strong 360 long-term media partnerships and take full responsibility for amplifying earned media activations with traditional third-party medias, as well as opinion leaders, Red Bull's athletes, industry partners etc.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As Communications Manager you will act as project manager, taking projects from A to Z, where you’ll ensure that strategies, tactics, and key milestones are set out from the beginning of any project, clearly identifying the strongest story angles, the why, the messaging, and key initiatives, to then make sure we’re shipping a project that delivers on set OKRs. This, while also creating presentations and project plans that are clear and easily understandable for all stakeholders. By overseeing and tracking project budgets, you’ll be proactive in how we prioritize to secure the highest return on investment.


MONITOR/ANALYZE

You will be active in media monitoring and analyzing day-to-day earned media to make data-driven adjustments in tactics and strategy.



Kvalifikationer

Creative and innovative in finding big, earned reach.

University degree in communications, media, digital or related field

5+ years of experience as a communications/public relations professional in Communications, PR, Marketing, media-led companies, or a professional sports environment

Personal network of media, PR agencies and freelancers within the Swedish media landscape

Experienced with project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

An agile team player that knows how to get the work done, adaptive, well organized, motivated, and open-minded.

Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
