We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team and lead the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic alliances.

Together with the Kyndryl ANZ Country President, we are seeking to fill the role of the Head of Marketing to partner with the Kyndryl ANZ leadership team. This role involves building brand awareness, opening up new sources of revenue by fostering new relationships, and acting as an external voice and influencer of the Kyndryl Brand. The ideal candidate will be a proven marketing leader, known in the industry, with a deep understanding of the Technology & Services business and the business of our clients.

In this role, you’ll drive field marketing initiatives, working hand-in-hand with sales, alliances, and marketing teams to craft strategies that align with our business objectives and strengthen our alliance relationships. You’ll develop comprehensive field marketing plans, collaborating closely with our valued partners to maximize joint value propositions and create compelling narratives that set us apart in the market. With your finger on the pulse of industry trends, you’ll conduct thorough market research to uncover key opportunities for alliance-driven marketing activities, leveraging your creativity to develop compelling content that showcases the power of our partnerships. From collateral to presentations, case studies, and success stories, your passion for storytelling will captivate audiences and drive home the value of our joint solutions.

You’ll be responsible for executing joint marketing activities, including events, webinars, thought leadership content, and demand generation campaigns, ensuring every initiative is meticulously planned and executed. As a true brand ambassador, you’ll represent Kyndryl and our alliance partners with pride, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing activities. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of joint marketing programs. You’ll track and measure the effectiveness of our alliance marketing programs, constantly refining our approach to drive even greater results.

Additionally, you’ll lead the development of marketing strategies and plans by collaborating closely with customers, the Kyndryl leadership team, and our alliance partners. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, establish Kyndryl’s reputation, and drive pipeline, signings, revenue, and profit. As a prominent voice for Kyndryl within the industry, you will engage with peers, partners, and clients to represent our brand and influence market conversations. You will be the catalyst for landing Kyndryl’s unique Value Proposition, working with client-facing teams to deliver the strategy with confidence.

You will work alongside the ANZ Country President and leadership team to deliver outcomes by introducing new data-supported ideas and resolving challenges across marketing and beyond. Your excellent collaboration skills will ensure that ANZ’s marketing needs are articulated effectively to global teams, ensuring the right programs, brand elements, content, and assets are delivered to achieve quantifiable outcomes. Actively participating in the global planning cycle, you will articulate needs and provide closed-loop feedback. Known in the industry, you will bring peer-to-peer relationships with CMO peers and others across clients and key partners.

With a deep understanding of the services business, you will have clarity on how Kyndryl differentiates itself against the competition in ANZ. You will coach and enable our sellers in social selling and social eminence, helping them establish themselves as subject matter experts in their countries. You will oversee the social media marketing strategy and ensure content lands in the right channels across ANZ. Leading and coaching the marketing team in ANZ, you will ensure they are performing at their best and reaching their career goals.

If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for forging meaningful partnerships and driving impactful marketing initiatives, we can’t wait to hear from you. Join us in a role where creativity meets strategy and collaboration is the foundation of success.
