Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to support the company's business objectives, focusing on acquiring high-quality leads for custom software development services.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and manage the lead generation team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and maximizing team performance.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine lead generation tactics and strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel lead generation campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation efforts, regularly analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of lead generation activities with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
  • Technology & Automation: Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation tools and technologies to enhance lead generation efforts. Ensure the effective use of CRM and other tools to track and manage leads.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on lead generation performance, opportunities, challenges, and potential improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve lead generation processes.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating a significant volume of high-quality leads in a similar role, with verifiable results.
  • Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in leading and managing a lead generation or marketing team, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation Tools: Proficient in using and managing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English skills, comparable to a native speaker. A university degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Result-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving measurable results, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
