Job Description

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Managing relationships with key clients - Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with the company's most important clients
  • Helping in contracts negotiating - Leading contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Performing market and customer needs analysis - Monitoring the energy and gas market to understand customer needs and tailoring the company's offerings accordingly
  • Developing sales strategies - Creating and implementing sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and customer loyalty
  • Monitoring financial performance - Analyzing the financial performance of the department and reporting it to senior management
  • Resolving customer issues - Managing any issues and problems reported by key clients, ensuring quick and effective solutions
  • Team management - Leading the team responsible for key account management, including recruitment, training, and employee development
  • Building the company's image - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Implementing new technologies and solutions - Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in the energy and gas industry and implementing them to improve customer service
  • Ensuring legal compliance - Ensuring that all department activities comply with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a trading company
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management abilities 
  • Focus on building relationships
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Polish language – working proficiency
  • English language – working proficiency
