You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Managing relationships with key clients - Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with the company's most important clients
- Helping in contracts negotiating - Leading contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
- Performing market and customer needs analysis - Monitoring the energy and gas market to understand customer needs and tailoring the company's offerings accordingly
- Developing sales strategies - Creating and implementing sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and customer loyalty
- Monitoring financial performance - Analyzing the financial performance of the department and reporting it to senior management
- Resolving customer issues - Managing any issues and problems reported by key clients, ensuring quick and effective solutions
- Team management - Leading the team responsible for key account management, including recruitment, training, and employee development
- Building the company's image - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Implementing new technologies and solutions - Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in the energy and gas industry and implementing them to improve customer service
- Ensuring legal compliance - Ensuring that all department activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a trading company
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Time management abilities
- Focus on building relationships
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Polish language – working proficiency
- English language – working proficiency
