About The Role 🤔:


At Immutable, data is at the core of how we drive growth, optimise performance, and create meaningful player experiences.


As our Head of Growth - Performance, you’ll develop, implement, and optimise data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels, ensuring every decision is backed by insights and experimentation. Your expertise in conversion rate optimisation, performance marketing analytics, and lifecycle marketing will directly impact our business outcomes, helping us scale efficiently while maximising engagement and retention.

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:

  • Own the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) function, leading experimentation across key funnels with ambitious targets and a rigorous testing cadence
  • Drive Performance Marketing, optimising ad spend efficiency, reducing customer acquisition costs, managing creative testing, and implementing sophisticated attribution modelling
  • Oversee Lifecycle Marketing Optimisation, using data-driven segmentation strategies to improve engagement metrics and increase customer lifetime value through retention campaigns
  • Build and refine measurement frameworks to track and analyse growth performance, ensuring strategic decisions are based on actionable insights
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives

  • Proven experience in a data-driven growth role, ideally within gaming, Web3, or tech industries
  • Experience in leading teams in Growth
  • Deep expertise in conversion rate optimisation, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic actions
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and attribution modelling
  • A track record of driving measurable business outcomes through data-led decision-making
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
