YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategically lead enterprise workforce planning and productivity to align with NAB Group Strategy
-
Build workforce demand and supply models to drive strategic decision making and planning
-
Prepare and deliver executive level reporting to deliver actionable insights
-
Drive achievement of key workforce and productivity targets and guardrails to achieve our transformation aspirations
-
Lead the development and implementation of new planning frameworks, tools and technology enablers to improve operational accuracy and efficiency
-
Encourage and provide a culture of innovation and continual improvement
-
Be an effective leader and change agent to inspire key insights and actions to support the enterprise and NAB Group strategy
-
Strong strategic planning capabilities, able to quickly engage and toggle between strategic and tactical levels
-
Ensure alignment to consistent frameworks for continuous delivery
-
Clear about purpose, values, goals and plans, expectations and processes and the boundaries of ethical decision making
-
Manages people, budgets and time effectively and coach teams to build competence and confidence
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-
At least 10 years' experience in PMO/Portfolio Management, Workforce Planning, preferably with at least 5 years in banking and financial services with large-scaled of resource planning & allocation.

Experience covering workforce and productivity analytics, strategy and transformation

Track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business

Experience with effectively engaging a wide array of senior stakeholders providing insights and driving change at all levels of business, operations and technology

Strong strategic workforce planning capabilities
-
Develops and maintains a broad perspective; understands and considers issues in the context of overall market, customer, and business strategies
