About the Role
Hibob is looking to add a leader to our Deal Desk team to support our rapidly growing high-tech company in closing deals worldwide, renewing existing customers, leveraging pricing strategy, quote and order management, facilitating contract review, and ensuring the proper closure of each deal. This position is part of the Finance Global Revenue Operations team. It works collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure deals are executed efficiently and accurately, reporting into the Director of Finance - Global Rev Ops.
Job Requirements
What should you have..

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, sales operations, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience working in SaaS companies, in hyper-growth environments
  • Proven experience managing global teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, focusing on coaching and development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
