Head the client finance functions in IPM covering landlord and municipality bill pay, bill presentment, sub-tenant receivables, and lease accounting
Job Description
- To lead a global team delivering cost management, bill presentment, accounts payable, accounts receivable and client accounting (including P&L and balance sheet reporting) in respect of payments to landlords, municipalities and other real estate stakeholders. Annual values are in excess of $5bn, and portfolio sizes to >10k interests.
- To set best practice policy, process, efficiency ratios and performance standards across all areas of operational real estate finance and implement ways of working to ensure global operating consistency.
