  • Collaborate within and outside of the SDR team to optimize lead generation and messaging strategies.
  • Future opportunities to make an impact in other parts of the business including marketing, processes and operations, customer success, and more.

We’d love to hear from you if you have a:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or college or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong phone presence and eagerness to pick up the phone, effectively representing the Findigs brand everyday.
  • Solid analytical background and are excited by deriving insights from data.
  • Steadfast mentality with the ability to handle the highs and lows of cold outreach.
  • Bias for action, driving your own learnings, skills, and the Findigs’ mission forward.
  • Positive attitude and creative approach to solving problems.
  • Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and are ready to join a mission-driven, category-creating company.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working at a B2B, SaaS+, or Proptech startup in a prospecting function.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales enablement software.

What we offer:

  • Uncapped commissions and ability to exceed OTE.
  • Start-up equity.
  • 401k matching up to 5%.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • 100% paid health, dental & vision coverage.
  • Lunches provided for in-office NYC employees.
  • Monthly gym stipend.
  • Quarterly technology stipend.
  • Team building events.
  • An energetic, in-person office culture in our NoHo Manhattan office.
  • Direct exposure to our executive team, learning from the inside out what it takes to scale a startup from Series B to a category-creating corporation.

Like our users we come from a wide variety of backgrounds – Diversity, inclusion and being open to learning constantly means we have and hire great people. Diversity and inclusion make our team, our culture and our work stronger – we’re committed to continuing this as we grow.
