Job Description:

The Head of Brand Management, APAC manages, builds, and grows our partners’ eCommerce activities on Tmall, JD.com and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be a leader - who takes lead of all aspects of our brands’ go-to-market strategies and possess the core competencies of team management, business strategic planning and project management. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent stakeholder management skill, a strong commercial and analytical mindset. You will report to the Managing Director for Asia and be based in the Guangzhou or Hong Kong office (Competitive Relocation Package included).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth on marketplaces across Asia through leading our regional Brand Management Team in APAC
  • Collaborate with China cross-functional team to oversee the eCommerce channels’ operation and campaign delivery by supporting functions like operation, marketing, logistics, etc. for brand acceleration
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and develops strategies to maximize business growth
  • Ensure the highest levels of operational execution
  • Conduct analysis of brands performance using multiple data sources and tools on a regular basis to ensure that performance is continuously optimized across all touch points
  • Inter-departmental cooperation: docking with other departments and reporting to Asia Managing Director. Follow up and coordinate with internal departments of design, marketing, logistics and customer service according to planning requirements, optimize business process, improve operation and sales efficiency, and ensure smooth implementation of sales plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in e-commerce and marketing
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in account management, project management, digital marketing, or trading
  • Experience in eCommerce or online marketplace (Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc.) is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple timelines
  • Independent, highly motivated with a success driven approach
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
