JOB SUMMARY

The HD Product Manager at Fresenius Medical Care Korea is responsible for overseeing the marketing and product management of HD products, including hemodialysis machines, disposables, and associated drug products. This role focuses on strategic planning, forecasting, and ensuring the stable supply of products while maintaining strong customer engagement. The HD Product Manager works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support sales growth, develop promotional materials, and train sales teams on product offerings.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

Marketing and Product Management:

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for HD products, ensuring detailed execution.
  • Prepare Long Range Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting on time.
  • Ensure a stable supply of machines, disposables and drug products through accurate forecasting.
  • Develop promotional materials that best convey FME's values to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for increasing brand presence and product awareness.

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Train sales teams on HD products, therapy methods and detailing techniques.
  • Engage with both internal and external customers, developing and maintaining strong customer rapport.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams, customers and clients to ensure product satisfaction and loyalty.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, QA/RA, SPBE, Sales, Finance, SCM) and AP region teams.
  • Coordinate efforts with regional teams to ensure alignment with global product strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and other related teams to address customer needs and product challenges.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record in product management and marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with multiple functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Tenacity and persistence in achieving results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the hemodialysis or renal care industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in planning and executing commercial promotion programs.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Korea and the healthcare market
