Job Description

As a Hardware Developer on the Hardware team, you will make a positive impact by:

• learning to develop robust and cost-effective electronics for large-scale production
• contributing your expertise to the development process
• being part of an international development team
• representing your developments millions of times around the world
• immersing yourself in the world of different battery technologies and understand them
• learning how to develop and implement test strategies for large-scale production
• understanding how RF components (antennas, cables, ...) are correctly designed
• working with measuring instruments that are normally only seen at trade fairs or in large laboratories
• seeing how product manufacturing for large series works

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

Experience:

• Very good understanding of electronics and electrical engineering
• Experience in circuit design and EMC-compliant PCB layout (knowledge of EAGLE an advantage)

Skills:

•  Familiarity with a wide range of hardware devices
• Strong understanding of embedded software development
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills

Abilities:

• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Precise working methods and high quality awareness
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• very good written and spoken German and English skills

Education:

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering (HTL/FH/TU or comparable qualification) and ideally professional experience

A minimum basic salary of EUR 2.854 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
