Grundlegende Funktion
Fachliche Führung und Motivation eines Teams von Monteuren mit dem Ziel, unter strikter Einhaltung der Sicherheitsregeln und effizienter Nutzung der zur Verfügung gestellten Ressourcen, das einwandfreie Funktionieren des Anlagenparks und eine optimale Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
Hauptaufgaben
-
Mithilfe beim Ersetzen, Ergänzen, Anpassen, Reparieren von mechanischen und elektronischen Komponenten von Aufzugsanlagen
-
Fachliche Führung und Einsatzplanung der Monteure Modernisierung
-
Aufnahmen von MOD (Modernisierung) und BEX (Ersatz) Projekten, Mithilfe bei der Planung
-
Bestellen des notwendigen Materials sowie Kontrolle -vor Ort- beim Entladen
-
Inbetriebnahme der Umbauten
-
MOD-Reparateure in elektronischen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien schulen
-
Unterstützung des MOD-Supervisors bei der Vorbereitung von Baustellen
-
Übergabe der modernisierten oder Ersatz-Anlagen an den Kunden
Qualifikationen/ Erfahrung/ Kenntnisse
-
EFZ als Elektriker, Elektromechaniker, Automatiker, Polymechaniker oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Aufzugsbereich

Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse

Im Land gültiger Führerschein

Es ist erforderlich, dass der/die Mitarbeiter/in in der Arbeitsregion wohnt
