The Opportunity
ModernFi is seeking its first Enablement Lead to drive revenue-generating initiatives across sales, institution success, enablement, and product marketing strategy. As the first hire in this function, you will take ownership of high-impact projects that accelerate ModernFi’s growth, working across teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will define and implement growth strategies, optimize processes, and ensure our teams are equipped to drive adoption and engagement.
This role is ideal for a highly adaptable, execution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make a direct impact on ModernFi’s expansion and market position.
The RoleResponsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that drive revenue, adoption, and engagement.

Identify opportunities to refine sales processes, improve conversion rates, and enhance client retention.

Create and deploy playbooks, training materials, and frameworks to equip client-facing teams with the tools they need to succeed.

Define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to effectively communicate ModernFi’s value proposition to financial institutions.

Work closely with sales, institution success, and product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

Track and evaluate key growth metrics, continuously iterating to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
About You

Proven experience leading and executing revenue-driving initiatives in sales, marketing, or growth functions.

Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive projects from strategy to execution.

Ability to synthesize data, identify opportunities, and take a structured approach to problem-solving.

Exceptional ability to craft messaging, train teams, and develop enablement resources.

Experience working across teams to align growth initiatives and drive business impact.

Excited by the challenge of building from the ground up and navigating ambiguity with flexibility.

4+ years in a growth, product marketing, revenue strategy, or sales enablement role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
