What You'll Do:

As the Growth Product Manager, you will own the development and execution of growth strategies across our software platforms and modules. Your mission is to drive user acquisition and subscription revenue through the development and continuous optimization of our sales-led and self-serve commerce engines. You will transform data insights into actionable strategies that enhance user engagement and conversion, while fostering a culture of experimentation that promotes rapid learning and iteration across our product portfolio.

We’re looking for a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving and data analysis skills. You will identify growth opportunities, translate them into actionable initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, analytics, marketing, and engineering—to execute them independently. Success will be measured by the incremental recurring revenue you generate and the impact you have on our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a cross functional internal and partner team to implement a best-in-class e-commerce technology stack

Build a deep understanding of our platforms, user journeys, and customer motivations and purchase flows

Analyze user data to uncover opportunities for maximizing conversion rates, upsell/cross-sell, and retention

Prioritize initiatives based on potential revenue impact and secure cross-functional alignment to ensure focus on the highest-impact activities

Collaborate with product teams to define and develop new user experiences that drive conversion and engagement

Own and lead the experimentation and testing roadmap across our platforms to optimize growth strategies

Work with analytics to iterate on insights from data and refine growth strategies based on key learnings

Optimize messaging and the overall user experience on customer-facing interfaces to ensure seamless purchasing and post-purchase experiences

Lead by influence, coordinating across product, marketing, and data teams to achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth targets

Report to senior leadership on the success of growth initiatives, financial metrics, and strategic progress

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS software

Deep understanding of online shopping flows and experience optimizing user experiences to meet revenue goals

A love for data and demonstrated excellence in data-driven problem-solving—you can take high-level, ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans

Ability to manage complexity and lead multiple high-impact growth initiatives at once

Self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to drive results through influence across diverse teams

Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for growth strategies backed by data and insights

Experience working with teams around the world

Experience with Pendo a big plus

Physical Considerations:

Ability to work in a general office environment

Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone

Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours and days

Travel Considerations:

Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 5%.
