Job Description
To achieve SEEKs growth ambition, the Adjacent Revenue Development (ARD) Team are focussed on developing new commercial models and incremental revenue from adjacent growth opportunities. This team is made up of Initiative Leaders (Growth Managers, Partnerships Manager), a Growth Operations and Analytics team (GOAT) and a Sales and Customer Engagement Team (Growth Executives)
Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, the Growth Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Growth Operations and Analyst Team (GOAT) and partnering with initiative leaders (Growth Managers, Partnership Managers) to align on priorities and execution plans.
As a pivotal member on the Adjacent Revenue Development leadership team, this role is responsible for effectively managing the GOAT team to build, support and optimise operations and analytics capabilities. You will partner with each initiative leader to ensure they have adequate resourcing, suitable capabilities available to leverage, and there is clear prioritisation of work to achieve success throughout experimentation, building of minimum viable product (MVP) and onto scale.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Clearly communicate and manage through change to maintain team alignment
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation
- Develop talent whilst balancing contingent, fixed term and perm team members
- Drive team efficiency through better use of tools and agile methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, AI, Jira).
- Continue to cultivate a highly engaged team culture
- Balance pace over perfection
Executing Adjacent Revenue Initiatives
- Be accountable for the operational and analytical enablement of initiatives
- Ensure data-driven insights are seamlessly integrated into decision-making processes
- Streamline operational workflows to ensure success and efficiency
- Ensure the right mix of skills and experience as initiatives evolve and resource needs shift.
- Remove operational blockers to enable the team to move at pace.
Prioritisation and Stakeholder Alignment
- Build strong business partnering relationships with Initiative leads
- Align with ARD Leadership team on priorities to ensure GOAT resourcing levels are efficient and suitable capabilities are available as initiatives evolve
- Ensure clear and transparent communication across the ARD team, surfacing areas for optimisation across the portfolio of initiatives
- Effectively workforce plan to ensure coverage across initiatives and planned team leave
Qualifications
Skills and experience
- Must have prior proven team leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
- Previous experience in Operations, Project Management, Program Management, Business Analyst, Delivery Management or similar roles.
- Previous experience working with Agile highly valuable
