📋 What You’ll Be Doing
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies targeting key markets to boost user acquisition and retention.
- Market Research: Identify new opportunities and customer segments through in-depth market analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to align growth efforts with product improvements and customer needs.
- Campaign Optimization: Fine-tune lead generation funnels and marketing campaigns to drive conversions and enhance engagement.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to assess campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, targeted content for multiple marketing channels, from social media to email campaigns.

- Experience: Proven track record in B2B growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of growth marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and data analysis.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong content development skills to create effective, engaging messaging.
- Leadership: At least 3 years of experience managing a team, ideally within a high-growth startup.
