Growth Marketing Executive
As a Growth Marketing Executive at Treatwell, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our acquisition strategy and expanding our salon partner network. You’ll support the optimisation of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring we generate high-quality leads and maximise return on investment.
This is a highly dynamic role where you’ll experiment with creative growth strategies, collaborate closely with our sales teams, and help shape Treatwell’s overall growth trajectory.
You will be responsible for:
- Campaign Strategy & Optimisation - Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to meet business objectives. Define audience segments, refine targeting, and continuously test creative messaging.
- Creative Development - Work closely with our design and content teams to ideate, test, and optimise creative assets that drive engagement and conversion.
- Platform Partnerships - Build and nurture relationships with account managers at Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok to leverage the latest platform features, betas, and advertising innovations.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting - Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve efficiency.
- Emerging Trends & Innovation - Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and new media opportunities to identify untapped growth potential for Treatwell.
- Paid Media Execution - Launch, manage, and optimise paid social and paid search campaigns, ensuring a balance between creative impact, audience segmentation, and advanced bidding strategies.
- Collaboration & Integration - Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, CRM, and Brand, to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
About you:
- Experience - 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, particularly in Meta Ads. Additional experience in paid social or search (Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset - Strong ability to interpret campaign data, extract actionable insights, and optimise strategies based on performance metrics.
- Creative Eye - Passion for social media marketing and a keen understanding of what makes compelling, high-converting ad creatives.
- Strategic Thinker - Good understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and growth marketing principles.
- Strong Communicator - Ability to present findings, ideas, and recommendations clearly to both marketing and sales teams.
- Proactive & Results-Driven - A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, continuously testing, learning, and refining strategies for maximum impact.
- The role requires 3 days per week in our London office in Farringdon.
