  • Leading the creation of our new website (partnering with an agency) and overseeing the ongoing development of our website and SEO strategy. Building a database and email marketing strategy to improve engagement and retention.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns: This includes email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and display advertising. You will need to have a strong understanding of each of these channels and how to use them effectively to drive results. Alongside this, you must have a solid understanding of marketing automation tools such as Active Campaign/Marketo/Hubspot/Pardot as well as proficiency in web analytics tools and sales tech tools.
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for optimization through regular reporting. You will need to be able to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize your campaigns.
  • Collaborating with other departments and the rest of the marketing team to ensure that there is alignment on the Growth Marketing strategy, and plus consistency across all touch-points to drive a seamless experience. Proven experience aligning sales and marketing, plus collaborating closely, or leading a BDR function.
  • Managing and growing a team of marketing professionals to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. To truly excel in this role, you will need to be naturally curious and someone who continuously learns and stays up to date with the latest trends and best practices in growth and digital marketing, plus demand generation.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-7 years of that focused on growth.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful growth marketing strategies and managing websites. You also ideally have experience launching a new website.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
