Main Purpose:Responsible for driving the growth of Puma through customer engagement, leveraging the MoEngage platform to its full potential. Responsible for using MoEngage’s automation features to run personalized campaigns across various channels, and monitor and analyze customer behavior data using MoEngage’s analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics using MoEngage analytics to continuously optimize app download strategies and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align growth strategies with business objectives, ensuring cohesive user experiences across loyalty and cross-sell campaigns.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments on MoEngage to identify best-performing strategies and continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Create, manage, and monitor targeted campaigns including push notifications, in-app messaging, and email marketing aimed at increasing user engagement and app downloads.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives leveraging MoEngage to drive user acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities through loyalty programs.
- Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, user retention, and cross-selling effectiveness to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
- Manage email marketing campaigns (segmentation, content, etc.)
- Manage Puma Pris social media content (content, traffic, downloads)
- Manage the Puma Pris website (content, traffic, downloads)
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in using MoEngage platform to manage and optimize user engagement campaigns.
- Dynamic and experienced Growth Manager with expertise in MoEngage to drive significant growth in mobile app downloads and boost cross-selling through our loyalty programs.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or related roles, specifically focused on mobile app growth and engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to manage stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and retention strategies is highly desirable.
- Proactive, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven record of leveraging MoEngage's capabilities to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
- Proven experience driving mobile app downloads, user retention, and successful cross-sell/up-sell campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
- Comfortable with digital tools for customer engagement (e.g., chatbots, social media platforms).
