You'll lead the marketing team who is growing Lyft’s business-to-business solutions. Areas of focus will include: collaborating deeply with the product, engineering and sales teams on product roadmaps as well as merchandising Lyft’s new and existing products with narrative development, sales enablement, customer enablement, demand and lead generation, as well as owned, earned and paid media campaigns.
The role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of B2B marketers executing both inbound strategic product marketing and outbound launch and growth efforts
- Be the expert at Lyft on all Enterprise applications of our product, those products’ target audiences and the competitive landscape
- Hold your product team to a high product-market fit bar, ensuring Lyft is building the right things for the ways the market is moving
- Leverage user insights to develop GTM plans, and help shape product strategy and the product roadmap
- Own and develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy across paid/owned and earned channels.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and UX Research to drive ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align demand generation campaigns with sales goals and target accounts; partner with sales teams to optimize sales enablement materials for greater effectiveness
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and events
- Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing), lead scoring, lead nurturing, and marketing funnel management
- Guide marketing campaign development and marketing experimentation; provide feedback to continuously raise the bar for the quality of our work
- Work to understand the impact and learnings from initiatives you’re driving, optimizing for the greatest impact on our KPIs and sharing relevant learnings
Experience:
- Experience with driving internal tools adoption, B2B product marketing, and advertising technology strongly preferred
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
- 10+ years of experience relevant to product marketing
- Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
- Experience in applying user insights and market trends to inform and optimize the product experience
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams and developing effective sales enablement strategies
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams

The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $169,000 - $211,250. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
