ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing, who will be responsible for co-driving the strategy, development and execution of key business initiatives that drive awareness, sales and All Access Member subscriptions. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be an expert in the Connected Fitness landscape, Peloton’s business and organizational needs, and their target audience’s everyday challenges to help define the opportunity for current and future products. This person will balance strategic thinking, synthesizing data from multiple sources, with excellent project management skills to lead; creating and delivering large, complex, creative campaigns and global go-to-market strategies. This role will report into the Director, Product Marketing (Connected Fitness) and will partner with a wide range of teams (Hardware, Product, Design, User Research, Consumer Insights, User Research, Finance, Marketing channels, and more) to define the strategy and lead a cross-functional team to deliver results that drive business impact. The ideal candidate is energized by defining new opportunities, building and shaping strategy, and delivering executional excellence. Ideally, this candidate has led defining the opportunity for new products and experiences, is an extremely strong project manager who can bring structure to complicated workstreams, has experience or is eager to learn physical product development, and has experience working with software teams to drive growth, adoption and engagement.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Develop the product marketing strategy for new products and features that support the Connected Fitness product portfolio (experience working with physical product teams to define featureset and pricing is strongly preferred) and drive alignment across all parts of the business.
- Lead creating positioning and messaging synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights, and applying that to craft clear and thoughtful briefs to marketing channel owners.
- Lead large, multichannel, cross-organizational projects and campaigns by proactively bringing together multiple teams across Product, Marketing, Business, Finance and Content and oversee campaign development through to execution.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to Product to proactively find opportunities to further improve our products and software experiences.
- Build a deep knowledge and expertise of the Connected Fitness business and its competitive set in order to identify and drive new growth opportunities
- Consolidate and standardize cross-channel insights and reporting to measure the success of new product initiatives including defining goals and critical metrics as well as tracking performance in support of business needs.
- Elevate the product marketing function by mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices for the function.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 8+ years of experience in marketing ideally with a focus on product marketing with experience driving go-to-market launches
- Ability to come up with creative solutions to changing business needs, and seeing them through from strategy to execution
- Highly organized, excellent time management skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross functional partners to get results, must cultivate positive relationships within the organization
- Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-dimensional marketing
- Comfortable pushing forward new strategic thinking, presenting above & across peers
- A collaborative mentality — no job is too small or too large

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$168,745—$227,805 USD
