Global Process Owner for HPE GreenLake Partner Ordering and Invoicing
This role has been designated as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.
What you’ll do:
- Own the process from a business perspective, single point of contact for all queries
- learn and understands the details of the operational process while keeping their eye on the bigger strategic picture (which is ultimately geared toward customer satisfaction).
- ensure it is being documented in the standard way, responsible for any updates, alignment with the policy and compliance
- Drive and support changes in the process
- Drive continuous measurable process improvements, including at least one walk thru per year and challenge always the status quoi
- Drive a maturity assessment of the process
- maintain a pipeline of process improvement initiatives
- drive automation and simplification of the process
- Works with and manages cross-functional project teams to drive improvements.
- Conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance, focused on how process changes or capability adoption can drive both a better experience and productivity improvements in the order booking process.
- Defines, manages, and evaluates improvement plans to ensure they are operationally executable.
- Partners with stakeholders to identify and implement operational experience improvement initiatives.
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert for process improvements.
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Provides direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external partners/ customers/ clients. employees.
What you need to bring:
- Be the first point of contact for partner related process changes in order booking and invoicing
- Assessment of order booking processes within Solutions Operations, from a partner perspective
- Design, oversee and deploy process improvements / automations in Solutions operations and for partners
- Influence an API roadmap with a focus on HPE GreenLake
- drive automatization of processes using desktop automation and workflows
- Ensure adoption and measure benefits / adherence.
- Drive a no touch journey, spot manual activities and drive automation of order booking
- Work in close collaboration with Solutions operations and the business
- evangelize usage of standard templates for SOW business
- Drive business improvement project in collaboration with the business
- Document process changes in business process mapping tools
- Excellent knowledge about our partner engagement model and HPE GreenLake
- SAP experience
- Analytical skillset, data driven and business outcome oriented.
- Ability to drive MOC in the solutions operations organization
- Workflow automation skills (conceptual)
- Ability to work with limited management supervision – self driven
- Willingness to work in global teams and different time zones
- Close collaboration with business and solutions operations
- navigate thru obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills towards partner and customers
- Automation mindset – RPA knowledge
- Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification
- Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt or equivalent improvement framework.
