As a Graphic Designer on the National Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:
- Graphic Design
- Illustration and sketching
- Page layout
- Template building
- Some photography
- Copy writing as needed
- Carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Sketch, illustrate or storyboard ideas accurately.
- Create a favorable, professional image to coworkers, vendors and franchisees.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Solid understanding of how color theory and typography relate to graphic design and advertising.

(Required qualifications)
- Experience:
- 5+ years' experience preferred
- Skills:
- Must have a quality portfolio showcasing best work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support.
- High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
- Has worked in a project management platform.
- Has worked in a Data Asset Management system. Preferred, not required.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Commercial Art related field preferred
- Schedule / in-office requirements:
- This will be hybrid model schedule. Monday- Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
- Office is located at 1010 N University Parks Ave, Waco, Tx
