We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented and efficient Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute Jama Software’s brand strategy to enhance awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business goals through impactful online and offline touchpoints, aligned with our company and industry positioning. Reporting into the Director of Product & Solution Marketing, this person will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Marketing, Go-to-Market and Exec teams.
What You'll Do:
- Design net-new high-quality visual assets including but not limited to white papers, data sheets, case studies, eBooks, presentations (PPTs), event signage, advertisements, newsletters, webpages, iconography, and videos.
- Develop graphics for key demand gen programs such as PPC ads, social media posting, webinar email invites and landing pages
- Design and update existing marketing materials for digital and print, including PDF collateral, sales decks, web graphics social media graphics, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Design and manage event collateral including booth layouts, signage, collateral and promotional materials.
- Create web graphics to enhance user experience and support digital marketing efforts.
- Maintain and refine brand identity by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and driving ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with marketing goals, sales objectives, and overall brand strategy.
- Support internal teams by creating templates, presentations, and visual assets for leadership, HR, and internal events.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs, upholding high visual and brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide art direct and oversee layouts for a range of visual projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Detail-orientated, supremely organized, and efficient with managing time, following direction and adhering to editorial calendars.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- 3-5 years of experience working at a SaaS company and marketing to engineering, tech & product development personas is a must-have.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Arts or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,) is a must-have.
- Proficiency designing decks in Microsoft PowerPoint is a must-have.
- Experience designing events signage is a must-have.
- Experience using project management software e.g. Wrike, Asana (and similar) is a must-have.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Figma/Canva.
- Experience leveraging AI design tools is a plus.
- Experience designing for web (HTML, CSS knowledge) is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Experience working in a matrixed and verticalized GTM organization with stakeholders across different regions.
