Job Description Summary
As a key member of the Americas Business Development team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for designing high-quality proposals and presentations that effectively communicate strategic messaging and key value propositions. This role supports business development efforts by creating visually compelling materials that align with brand guidelines and elevate the firm’s competitive positioning.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and format business development materials, including proposals, pitch decks, RFP responses, and presentations
- Ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality design execution under tight deadlines
- Collaborate with fee earners, marketing partners, and business development leadership to create materials that support client pursuits
- Develop bespoke visual designs and theme concepts while also working within existing brand
- Oversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, ensuring materials meet brand standards and strategic objectives
- Translate complex data, ideas, and insights into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay informed on design trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of business development materials
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in business development, corporate marketing, or professional services
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong design and layout skills with the ability to create visually compelling narratives
- Experience working within brand guidelines and corporate design standards
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $59,500.00 - $70,000.00
