Job Description
Responsibilities Graphic Design:
- · Develop creative and innovative design concepts, Video editing, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
- · Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and branding guidelines, ensuring designs align with the company's visual identity and messaging.
- · Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visual content that communicates the intended message effectively.
- · Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the creative process.
- Collaboration And Communication
- · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into various campaigns and projects.
- · Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and visually, to team members and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance
- · Review and proofread designs for errors before finalizing and submitting them for approval, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Total Experience Expected: 04-05 years
Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s degree, Visual Arts, or related field.
- · Proven experience as a graphic designer, Video editor, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- · Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- · Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- · Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- · Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- · Adaptability and openness to feedback and constructive criticism.
Qualifications
Graduation or similar design degree
