The Assistant Manager - UAT Marketing Technologies will manage project scope and timelines, coordinate sprints and meetings, coach teams on Agile methodologies, facilitate communication, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. They will work closely with product owners and address challenges to enhance team performance and Scrum maturity.

  • Manage each project's scope and timeline
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
  • Working knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Azure or Jira


Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education
Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Applications / Computer Science (B.Tech./B.E./BCA/MCA)
Experience
(In Years)
7-9 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Technical Skills

  • Experience in a scrum master role
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of app implementations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


  • Strong skill set in: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project


Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/ Non-Voice for Insurance Ops

  • Mandatory to have certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
