We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual communications. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create visually stunning materials that reflect our brand and drive our message forward. We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graphic designer with minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience transforming complex concepts into compelling graphics for use in digital marketing, social media, sales collateral and more.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with MarCom team members to create compelling graphics and imagery for use in wide range of marketing materials, including our website, intranet, social media, collateral, events, presentations and more.
  • Work directly with colleagues to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions including presentations, illustrations, animations, etc.
  • Ensure all design and imagery adheres to Ankura brand standards and guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms
  • Work on both print and digital projects, understanding the unique requirements and limitations of each medium
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and relevant, including the use of AI tools
  • Provide input and support in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings
  • Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (graphic design or related degree preferred); minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience required
  • Highly experienced in PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Canva and MS Suite.
  • Experience using AI tools to create imagery
  • Excellent communication skills (visual, written, and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Flexibility, with the ability to handle multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and stay highly organized
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, creative, and dedicated to delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to easily network and build relationships with colleagues and clients
