We are now looking for a Graduate, Business Development, Graphics and Industrials to join our UPM Raflatac team. Home location of the position will be in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do:

Our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies.  In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network.

As a Graduate, Business Development, in Graphics and Industrial Business Unit, you will be  part of the global, dedicated team whose responsibility is to drive profitable growth in new business segments by participating different kind of business development activities.

• You will participate in developing segment strategies

• You will participate in developing segment strategies

• You will participate in developing segment strategies

• You will support building go-to-market plans for targeted regions

• You will support building business intelligence processes and analysis

• You will support product portfolio and offer analysis and rationalization 

• You will support product pricing research and analysis

• You will conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry dynamics, and market trends to support the portfolio development activities

• You will participate in and support specified business development projects both organic ad inorganic

Who you are:

• You have a masters degree in a relevant field

• You are a person who fosters a positive culture and demonstrate a high level of integrity

• Strength in key business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) – experience with Tableau, Power BI considered as a plus

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Finnish and/or German, French is also beneficial

• You have a conceptual way of thinking

• You possess strong analytical skills

• You have a business mindset

• You enjoy working in dynamic, matrix, global, and fast-paced work environment

• You can demonstrate collaboration across the organization

• You are a team player
