Job Description
Visa’s Graduate Programme:
Visa hires into its Graduate programme across Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LAC), CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East & Africa) and Europe. Within each region we hire Graduates into a variety of business functions, joining as one cohort, part of a Global programme.
This is a 2-year programme, where you are supported with various skills and development sessions throughout your time as a Graduate.
By joining Money Movement Solutions as a Graduate you will:
- Work alongside an experienced and dynamic team, as well as top clients, expanding your knowledge in the payments sector and developing new ways to move money using Visa's networks.
- Gain access to ad hoc training resources such as Buddy, Mentor, your own learning path, project coaching and more to accelerate your career plan, such as Visa University.

Team Description
The Money Movement Solutions team (MMS) at Visa works on designing, managing, and growing products and solutions for moving money using Visa's networks e.g. Visa Direct, Currency Cloud and B2B Connect.
These products and services are typically aimed at commercial entities, including banks, fintechs, remitters, marketplaces, and other organizations.
These capabilities support collections, multi-currency accounts, disbursements of P2P and B2B funds. MMS spans across different dimensions of money movement including cross-border transactions, disbursements, money transfers, and more. The MMS team is the growth engine for Visa, by driving business growth at 35%+ p.a. over the next 3-5+ years
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Learn about Visa Direct services, targets, ecosystem, etc
- Support the team in their sales activities: preparation of personalized presentation, data analytics, business case preparation, etc
- Join Salesperson in meetings, capture notes and actions
- Support in events/campaigns organization
- As a stretch: Develop new client target group (Analyse revenue potential, research pipeline, build tailored sales approach and pitch to face to face to target group prospect)
Qualifications
Visa are a talented team of 15,000 individuals with unique backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. Our qualifications to apply can be noted below:
- Right to work in the country you are applying to
- Graduation date of 2025
- Ability to start full time in September 2025
- Basics understanding of the payments ecosystem or desire to learn
- Very good communication (written and verbal) capabilities in both local language & English
- Master tools such as PowerPoint, excel to support all activities
