Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
This position is for a highly motivated, results driven, organized self-starter with strong excel skills.
- Execute all the primary functions of Finance - planning, budgeting, advising, analyzing, presenting, and deciding.
- Prepare Closing, Forecast and Budget (regional and global submission).
- Track cost initiatives (from planning to execution/implementation).
- Support Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization on business cases related to localization opportunities.
- Work with business partners to find opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Performing analytics on data integrity and consistency and correcting the root cause for deviations.
- Proactively work to resolve issues and move project tasks forward.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Work with sense of urgency to finish the assignment.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and influence good decision making
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent area.
- Understanding of accounting & financial concepts
- Advanced or Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
- Spanish desirable
- Experience in Power BI, VBA, Powerapp and/or data analysis tools
- Experience in Access
