Job Description

Join the Bot Development team to work on the implementation of a new bot solution across various cloud platforms. Your main responsibility will be to develop a bot using Google Cloud Platform technologies, focusing on integrating the LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, in addition to standard Dialogflow CX functionalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voicebots using leading Conversational AI platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework and Google Dialogflow.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and standards.
  • Develop custom components and tools to enhance the functionality and performance of the chatbot ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and user expectations are met.
  • Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques, such as Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML), to create intelligent, responsive chatbots.
  • Seamlessly integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs for efficient data exchange and interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs and debugging code to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Conversational AI to keep the chatbot ecosystem cutting-edge.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow CX and related technologies such as CCAI, Dialogflow EX, and CX, with a working knowledge of Azure Bot Framework Composer.
  • Experience with integrating LLM (Large Language Models), specifically the playbook feature for enhanced conversational AI capabilities.
  • Proficient in JavaScript for implementing and customizing bot functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI, with a strong grasp of key concepts and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for development, ensuring adaptability and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in web services integration, including RESTful APIs and cloud services, to enhance system interoperability.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, particularly in complex and distributed computing environments, to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Nice to have:

  • Nuance Mix Tools is desired.
  • Nuance grammar development experience. 
  • Experience in automated testing desired.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
