SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Being part of the Global Value & Access Organization, you will contribute efficiently to its organization and help drive the transformation of IPSEN global capabilities at local and global levels.
You will provide high-level and efficient executive assistant and project management support to the Value and Access team. This role provides a great opportunity to interact with high level executives and other colleagues, in a fast paced and demanding environment, across the IPSEN International region and to learn specificities of market access.
Support the Global Value & Access team during the implementation phase of the Value & Access capability building, namely the Value & Access Academy competency framework & payer engagement trainings, enabling time efficiency, focus on critical topics, decision-making, people engagement, foster close collaboration with local market access teams and eventually V&A’s objectives achievement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support VP, Head of Global Value & Access International Operations & Excellence on management of priorities, organize agenda and logistics accordingly

Support VP Global Pricing on Pricing Committees (AVPSC & GPC) scheduling, agenda & actions follow up

Manage complex diaries and assure meeting communications with both internal and external stakeholders (International, Medical, Public Affairs, HR, Commercial and key stakeholders from local markets)

Organize travels, hotels bookings in compliance with Ipsen policies

Manager V&A ops budget - Deal with orders processing, checking all invoices and tracking payments

Contribute to strong knowledge management: maintain files and confidential records, build database of partners and providers

Ad-hoc support to Global V&A LT members
Project management:
-
Deployment of Value & Access academy and relevant KPI
-
Custodian of a Value & Access tracker of key milestones for the portfolio

Support execution of the Global Payor Council meetings

Help build messages, presentations and materials meant to support the value & access VP/Team
-
Ensure a strong and pro-active network coordination
-
Build strong collaborative networks to enable the smooth running of V&A Academy
-
Maintain a network of informal communication and feedback channels.

Help identify change management partnering opportunities with other functions
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge & Experience (essential):

Demonstrated competence in supporting/working in high level organizations with a “can-do” attitude

Minimum 7 years of experience including pharmaceutical experience.

Proficient with current Microsoft Office and SAP applications
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):

Knowledge of market access would be a plus
