Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for an EMEA Onsite Connectivity Product Owner to lead the development and management of the Onsite Connectivity product portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Your key missions:

You will:

  • Gather and translate new demands into features and user stories for integration into product backlogs.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, manage risks and interdependencies, and steer squad delivery while facilitating day-to-day squad activities.
  • Lead the product lifecycle by defining and analyzing features, managing agile squad delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders for system demos and roll-out plans.
  • Maintain the product catalog, ensuring consistency with the overall portfolio, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Lead Level 2/3 incident investigation and resolution, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address issues promptly.
  • Provide resource forecasts, adjust roadmaps based on availability, and oversee the financial management of the product, including tracking ROI and costs.

  • You have expertise in managing Cisco LAN, WiFi, and network closet/MDF/IDF technologies with at least 5+ years of experience.
  • You have strong knowledge of product management and Agile practices, with a proven track record in leading Agile squads and managing complex product portfolios.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on delivering business value.
  • You possess a strategy-driven mindset and the ability to navigate complex and volatile environments.
  • You are fluent in English, and experience within a technology/IT product-based organization is a plus.
