Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Operations Leadership: Oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of global talent processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Independently manage end-to-end talent projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across regions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance talent operations, from onboarding to performance management and mobility programs.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate and deliver high-impact talent programs for senior stakeholders worldwide, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Global Program Development: Design and execute global talent initiatives, including onboarding and leadership development programs, tailored to both business services and legal teams.
- Wellbeing and Engagement: Contribute to the design and delivery of global wellbeing initiatives that promote a healthy and engaged workforce.
- Collaboration and Influence: Partner with Talent colleagues and key stakeholders across regions to drive alignment and adoption of best practices in talent management.
Skills and Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in talent operations, learning and development, HR, or a related field, preferably within a global organization.
- Proven track record of independently managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of global HR practices, talent management, and operational excellence.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal);
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Talent Development, or a related field are preferred.
