Position Overview:
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Your role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach

Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture

Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
-
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
-
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
-
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process

Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles in all recruitment activities
Qualifications:
-
1+ year experience in recruitment role

Basic knowledge of recruitment best practices & sourcing techniques

Basic knowledge of recruitment software and database systems (ATS) & other recruitment technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
-
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
-
Experience with DEIA principles and the ability to incorporate them into the recruitment process
-
Good level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
-
Good English skills - both verbal and written
