Are you our new Global Sustainability Reporting Manager?
As the Global Sustainability Reporting Manager at Intrum, you will play a crucial role in driving the continuous progress of Intrum’s sustainability efforts and promoting transparency to internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Global Sustainability Director, you will collaborate closely to advance sustainability within the industry.
What you will do:
- Manage and optimise sustainability data collection processes across markets and global functions, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and high-quality data.
- Ensure compliance with key sustainability frameworks, including the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, ESRS, GRI, TCFD, CDP, UNGC, and SBTi.
- Analyse, visualise, and summarise sustainability data using appropriate tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on the results.
- Develop sustainability communications for diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, ESG rating agencies, clients, and investors, promoting transparency and engagement.
- Proactively monitor and integrate new sustainability regulations and trends to ensure compliance and align with best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, targets, and policies, contributing to long-term business goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to understand and interpret new sustainability regulations and frameworks, ensuring compliance and integrating them into broader business strategies and practices.
- Proven experience in preparing sustainability reports aligned with key regulations and frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS, GHG Protocol, SBTi, UNGC, SDGs, UNGPs, TCFD, CDP, and GRI, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Strong skills in collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex sustainability data to provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using data visualisation tools to effectively communicate sustainability performance and trends to various stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines across global markets and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to present complex sustainability topics clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, and produce high-quality reports in both languages
