Job Description

A junior Solution Implementer is at the beginning of their consulting career and will typically do work to assist the medior and senior consultants within Service Management - data collection and analysis, workshop assistance, solution building as well as assist with producing documentation and user guides.

Qualifications

• Be able to take responsibility for technical and solution building activates and tasks in cooperation with project manager and or lead architect
• Basic understanding of ITSM tool or similar tools 
• Basic understanding of ITSM processes
• Basic understanding of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Basic understanding of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc. 
• Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
• Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
• Must be a team player and some travel will be required, primarily in the Nordics
