As the Business Process Management specialist you will work in a small team coordinating the BPM activities and awareness across If.
About the role
BPM Specialist will work on implementing common ways of working with Business Process Management (BPM) at If and be an active part in sharing the benefits of process management in the organization. BPM is somewhat unchartered territory so there is room for creativity in ways how to increase awareness in the organization. This position will have key responsibilities:

About the team
Organizationally you will belong to the Business Operations and Core Solutions (BOCS) in Private. BOCS handles many back-office operations, and you could call it an “engine room” which keeps If’s business running. BOCS ensures and develops smooth journeys and efficient business operations.
Operatively you will belong to a cross functional team, with representatives from different units across If. This team discuss and prepare how If should be working with processes and how to make process information available to the organization in order to reap the targeted benefits.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role, you have experience as a process owner, a process manager, process developer or a process improver. There is understanding of the benefits business process management can deliver to an organization from the overall operational excellence perspective. Experience from lean six sigma or other improvement methodologies is a plus.
You have strong skills in workshop facilitation and can talk process from the business benefit perspective. You have previous experience from working with BPMN and/or relatable modelling technology.
BPM is a fairly new topic in the organization and therefore you need to be comfortable with working in uncharted territory. Your positive attitude and passion for processes creates engagement.
Key characteristics in the role are communicative, change agent to drive process orientation mindset, ability to conclude discussion into concrete action items, collaborative across units and tech savvy to be able to navigate BPM tools quickly.

Experience of process improvement

Experience with BPMN tools and/or process automation/mining tools

Strong facilitation skills

Fluent in one of the Nordic languages, excellent English skills (written and oral).

BBA or university degree
