Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our Global Supply Chain Finance team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities, managing a small team of 2-3 analysts, and providing strategic insights to senior management. This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial performance and optimizing decision-making processes within the supply chain.

- Team Leadership : Manage a small team of 2-3 analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in achieving team objectives.
- Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives for the global supply chain.
- Performance Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
- Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analysis and insights, in partnership with finance and accounting teams.
- Strategic Insights : Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis, supporting decision-making processes and driving continuous improvement in financial performance.
- Process Optimization : Streamline financial processes and tools, including data consolidation and reporting, through automation and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Master's degree or CPA/CFA qualification is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in supply chain finance or related areas.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and developing a small team.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools, with a focus on Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Anaplan) and knowledge of supply chain concepts are helpful.
- Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
