As the new Global SI&OP Coordinator, you will drive the tactical inventory planning and build of the SI&OP organization in FLSmidth Cement.

Your responsibilities
- Drive the building and structuring of the SI&OP organization in FLSmidth Cement
- Support the setup of demand planners in our Chennai office
- Lead tactical inventory planning review as part of global SI&OP process to develop and calculate optimal inventory levels
- Coordinate and manage the planning cycle ensuring alignment on forecasts
- Main point of contact towards Tactical Inventory Planners and regional stakeholders (global product line management, procurement, regional/global demand planning, global supply planning, logistics, order handling, sales)
- Analyse sales data, trends, and customer demand to develop optimal inventory plans
- Employ inventory policies in coordination with the Head of Group Inventory & Warehousing
What you bring
- MSc/BSc in Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational
- Rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem-solving skills
- Preferred knowledge of or strong interest in implementing centralized inventory planning and SI&OP process
- ASCM APICS CPIM certification is considered an advantage
