We are looking for students who would be able to commit full-time for 6 months commencing February/March 2025.

About the role

Support in driving standardization and automation in the way we track performance of the regions/markets on key elements of Sales & demand planning, promo, marketing spend, trade terms, and portfolio optimization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Standardize formats across major KPIs/pillars of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Team

  • Ensure clear processes are in place to drive governance and documentation.

  • Build a full scorecard for the RGM team and ensure monthly updates on all elements related to sales & demand planning, revenue growth management and revenue optimization.

  • Ensure consistency of everything being worked across categories and region.

About you

  • Business (preferred), Finance or Supply Chain background.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

  • Good knowledge / interest / prior experience in consumer goods and retail is a plus.

  • Able and comfortable to be using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
