Job Description:
Position Essential Functions:
- Analyze quality data to identify new issues, track improvements, and provide insight into quality performance and opportunities for improvement
- Provide routine reporting and analytics, and support non routine requests for information
- Perform text mining and advanced analytics to provide early warning of emerging issues and identify improvements to customer claims systems
- Maintain data structure for Global Quality function
- Compile and cleanse data from multiple sources into coherent reports for analysis and recommendations for improvements.
- Develop automated applications that enable customizable reports for individuals to optimize statistical efficiency and quality, predictive
- Perform application analysis and problem resolution to identify gaps and align metrics with business needs that create value to customers.
- Develop functional design specifications, technical specifications, and user procedures.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Coordinate and manage interdependencies amongst multiple projects.
- Propose and implement process improvement by streamlining and automating day to day tasks.
- Effectively communicate with end users both internally and externally to determine feasibility of potential systems projects.
- Flexible to work with teams in different time zones
Qualifications:
- BS degree in, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Ability to extract, query, and analyze data from application data sources and draw valid conclusions that lead to practical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and application
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Access, RStudio and Visual Basic
- Programming languages experience preferred (Java, Python)
- Working knowledge of SQL database management, SharePoint, and .Net
- Excellent communication skills with a strong change management discipline and customer service attitude.
