The purpose of the MGS Global Quality Management Process Senior Scientist is to lead the processes necessary to govern Quality and Food Safety within the MGS Service Lines. This includes the operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the whole reporting of MGS Service Lines performance metrics that are in scope from MGS QMS compliance. This role is also responsible for MGS Global Internal Audit and CAPA programs.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional degree related to Science or Technology

Successful pass in recognized Lead auditor training program (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).

Proven 5+ years industrial experience in working with quality management systems or audit program development and implementation.

A demonstrable record of successful project leadership, able to motivate and engage superiors, peers, direct and indirect associates.
What will be your key responsibilities?
-
Leads the operation and continuous improvement of the MGS Service Lines Quality Management System (QMS). This includes the maintenance of the MGS global Quality Manual and associated documentation; management of the MGS global document control, and administration of the CAPA systems; and execution of other tasks necessary to achieve and maintain QMS "Compliant" status across MGS Service lines.

Support the Global MGS QMS Lead in global quality documentation development and deployment across MGS Service lines.

Is MGS global representative for development and deployment of the Corporate connected Quality program within MGS Service lines.

Supports MGS Global Holistic Quality Risk Management Culture Program deployment as aligned with MGS QMS Lead by coordinating regular updates and tracking across MGS Service lines in QMS Scope.

Develop Key user skills in Mars HQRM IT tool and influences its enhancements and continuous Improvement to meet MGS Service lines business needs in right coordination with the Corporate HQRM Senior Scientist.

Responsible for MGS Global Internal Audit program process development, deployment and execution with its related documentation.

Responsible for developing and deploying MGS internal auditor’s resources competencies process in alignment with the MGS QMS Lead strategy.

Coordinates MGS CAPA management process across all service lines and measure its efficiency. in alignment with the MGS QMS Lead strategy.

Ownership and governance of the core quality processes for MGS.

Supports the development and deployment of MGS global quality standards. This includes conducting needs analysis, guiding the Standard through global stage gate process, and assuring effective deployment.

Coaching and supporting other functions within the MGS Service lines on QMS best practices and supporting their journey to compliance.

Supports Global MGS QMS Lead in preparing and conducting MGS Service lines Quarterly Quality Management Review by compiling performance metrics and tracking agreed actions.

Provide technical and leadership support to ensure effective QMS standard compliance

Lead MGS Global Quality metric reporting to enable QMS governance, includes metrics management process, target alignment, continuous improvement of the process and digital system.
