Global Product Manager (d/f/m) - Digital Compression Solutions

To support our Global Product Management team, we're looking for people who embody our values, challenge, innovate, and move at a fast pace. We seek a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the med tech industry/medical device channels, coupled with a passion for customer experience and service innovation. In this role, you will drive profitable growth for Essity’s market-leading compression business by developing our service offering, including relevant digital solutions, and implementing a strategic plan to lead the transformation towards end-to-end convenience.
Your Role

Market Requirements and Customer Needs:
Understand and specify market requirements, customer, and user needs to drive the development of value propositions for existing and new solutions. -
Vision and Business Planning:
Develop the vision, scope, and annual business plan for your area of responsibility, ensuring its successful implementation. -
Strategic Roadmap and Revenue Projections:
Create the strategic roadmap to deliver end-to-end convenience to customers and support revenue and growth projections within the business. -
Business Models and Go-to-Market Plans:
Develop and implement business models and go-to-market plans in collaboration with local markets, product specialists, and cross-category functions to establish customer and ecosystem partnerships. -
Value Propositions and Sales Tools:
Develop and communicate value propositions and sales tools for sales teams in local markets to enhance market presence. -
Performance Tracking and Launch Management:
Track KPIs, performance data, market trends and competitor activities, and ensure successful roll-out of prioritized innovations to realize their full potential.

Educational and Professional Background:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with 5-7 years in marketing/commercial roles, preferably within the personal or healthcare sector -
Development and Implementation of GTM Concepts:
Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and innovative, digitally enabled products or services. -
Project and Team Management:
Plan and coordinate complex projects, effectively lead and motivate teams, work in matrix organizations, and manage multiple workstreams and dependencies. -
Stakeholder Management and Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation abilities with stakeholders and team members, and the ability to orchestrate and influence across functions and teams. -
Ressource Management:
Analyze data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions based on financial analyses. -
Creativity and Innovation:
Think outside the box and break new ground, supported by a proven track record in this field. High level of ambition, initiative, and strong skills in marketing, communication, and presentations.
