Responsibilities:

You ensure our Sales Excellence by overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized processes in the Market-to-Order area, while managing the global standardization of existing processes and approving deviations

You analyze new requirements, develop appropriate solutions, and define the resulting system requirements, such as ERP and CRM, in close collaboration with IT and relevant business divisions

You establish and maintain process guidelines and governance structures across departments to ensure consistent and seamless execution in all regions
-
You coordinate closely with various stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and IT departments, to ensure the optimal integration of MTO processes

You effectively communicate standard processes and any changes to relevant stakeholders and management, ensuring everyone stays up-to-date with the latest developments
Qualifications:
-
You have successfully completed studies in business administration, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
-
You bring solid experience in the development, implementation, and management of end-to-end business processes within a globally operating company

Ideally, you have demonstrated success in process optimization, particularly in the Market-to-Order or Order-to-Cash area

You have practical experience with ERP systems (especially SAP R3 or S4) and are familiar with data analysis tools; experience with Signavio and/or MS Dynamics is an advantage

Moreover, you bring a process-oriented and connected mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing innovative solutions

You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%) and are fluent in English (minimum C1 level); German language skills are a plus
