“The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.”
Missing Statement:
Commercial/Pricing Strategy & Planning work focuses on developing commercial/pricing strategies for a portfolio of current and future products across targeted customer/market segments including Researching the market to understand competitive landscape. Identifying target market position by geography, market segment, customer group, etc. Developing commercial/pricing strategy (e.g., low price or high quality) to achieve targeted market position(s) A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
Your Responsibilities:

Assess data from different sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends. Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability

Understand the product & market segmentation of portfolio

Assist development and maintain dashboards to continuously monitor pricing and margin KPIs
-
Track and analyze customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings
-
Collaborate with sales and GPMMs to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies
-
Provide price recommendations and price guideline that align closely with market trends and identify new market segments
-
Develop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends
-
Prepare and communicate pricing analysis findings effectively to relevant stakeholders (e.g. hubs)

Specify, realize and implements pricing processes to support professional pricing at all management levels
-
Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions

Hands on experience in connecting business software's; Power BI, SAP, ERP is advantage.

Strong analytical and research skills

Extensive experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.

Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments.

Ability to keep track of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools.

Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.

Your Background:

Strong experience in pricing analysis of industrial products preferably electrical power system products.

Experience in pricing management techniques and tools

Strong interpersonal leadership skills

Profound know-how of SAP (FI/CO/PS) and MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power BI.

Min 5 years of experience in the field
