Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.  This role will be focused on Product Ownership for Global Payment & Liquidity products including International Branches.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the Product Owner for a Global Payments & Liquidity banking platform domain
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain and report on key performance specific to assigned initiatives
  • May conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions
  • Utilize JIRA to confirm and report on overall progress and manage defects
  • Attend and lead key Agile events for the product area to connect product strategy to the team and provide subject matter expertise
  • Exercise effective product backlog management including prioritization in alignment with OKRs to deliver the greatest value-based outcomes in alignment with overall product strategy and setting of the product goal
  • Make decisions for assigned product area such as defining acceptance criteria, acceptance of stories and determining when the solution delivered will meet the definition of done to maximize value and iterative learnings from the team
  • Engage with cross-functional experts to ensure solutions are business ready from risk, legal, compliance, and policy perspectives
  • Apply a working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, in a multi-team environment to enable the realization of outcomes from discovery through delivery to the market
  • Orchestrate discovery practices, including testing and experimentation, to create a shared understanding of the technology domain, business strategy, and customer desire in the marketplace in partnership with design and engineering partners across cross-functional areas
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify and prioritize new product features

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Product Owner in the financial services industry
  • Experience with Global Payments & Liquidity Banking Platforms, systems and processes
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks
  • Proficiency with JIRA
  • Experience with testing tools such as Octane (Or Application Lifecycle Management- ALM)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to solution and partner effectively with key stakeholders

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule 

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
